Common questions
Where is my trip data stored?
Trips and purchases are stored only on your iPhone. Quanzio has no account system or cloud sync, so Caywood Creative cannot view or restore your data.
How do I restore Quanzio Unlock?
Open Settings in Quanzio and choose Restore Purchases. Apple handles the restoration using the Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Why does the converted amount differ from my card statement?
Quanzio displays an estimate using available exchange-rate data. Banks and card issuers may use a different rate and add their own fees.
How do I delete a purchase or trip?
Swipe left on a purchase or trip to reveal its delete action. Deleting a trip also removes the purchases saved inside it.
